People seek coaching to create change in their lives. Coaching helps individuals clarify their values, set and achieve goals, prioritize time, and overcome barriers. It supports personal fulfillment, clears limiting beliefs, and encourages self-understanding. The Coach collaborates with clients to reach their dreams and resolve personal or business challenges. The process includes open conversations, asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests for action.
Clients play an active role in implementing actions from the coaching sessions and hold control over their decisions. Privacy and confidentiality are always respected.
They are challenged and encouraged to explore boundaries on topics they wish to avoid. We are committed to offering a non-judgmental, supportive environment while guiding clients to take risks and overcome obstacles.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy and focuses on strengths. It involves looking towards the future with collaborative forward-thinking. If further professional advice is needed, we may recommend an appropriate specialist.
Coaching packages vary. Some consist of four sessions over one to two months and some for six to eight sessions over 6 months. Sessions can be conducted in person, via Zoom, or google meet, with flexibility for rescheduling as needed.
We have formal training from the International Coach Academy, are Trauma Informed by the Trauma Research Foundation and have experience with basic nervous system and mental/emotional regulating approaches.
